Refund Policy

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The withdrawal period begins when you receive the product.

You may use the model withdrawal form provided by EU law, but it is not required.

If you withdraw within the 14-day period:

• We will refund all payments received from you within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice
• We will use the same payment method you used for the purchase
• You must return the product at your own cost unless we have agreed otherwise

Products must be returned in their original condition, unopened and sealed where applicable. We may reduce the refund if the product has been used or damaged.

Your right of withdrawal may not apply to:

• Products that have been unsealed for hygiene reasons
• Custom products made to your specifications

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
